Mexico's new foreign prime minister says President-elect Donald Trump's plan to make Mexico pay for a border wall is  "unacceptable" and the country isn't paying for it. But, Luis Videgaray says he is open to negotiations over Trump's plans.

This comes after Trump announced he is moving forward with plans to build a border wall, and for the sake of speed - Mexico will pay back later. Critics said Trump was not making good on one of his biggest campaign promises, building a border wall that Mexico would pay for.



The Associated Press reports Videgaray says there is "enormous uncertainty" following the U.S. presidential election, but he wants to start negotiating changes to the North American Free Trade Agreement as soon as possible. Trump has pressured companies to keep jobs in the U.S. - away from moving to Mexico and threatening taxes for those who do.

USA Today also reporting Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto says his country won't be paying for the wall.
