Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto accidentally became the newest meme sensation in Mexico after being photographed in a pose that looks like he’s thanking God for being a rockstar.

The odd photo was taken last week during the launch of a new app created by Mexico’s Social Security Institute (IMSS) to help people book medical appointments online.

As the Mexican president saluted the audience, the cameras snapped and produced an image that was meme-perfect. The original photograph, taken by the Mexican agency Cuartoscuro, is going viral in a thousand different varieties.
