Following Donald Trump's presidential election win on Wednesday, low-cost airline Spirit encouraged its customers to head to Canada in a flash sale.

US-based airline Spirit launched its 24-hour sale on November 9, slashing 75 per cent off its already low fare for travel between selected dates.
The 'Go North' promotion didn't expressly mention the election but said that the airline is able to get their customers to Montreal and Toronto.
