The most censored issue in Indian country is the fact that the Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems is now targeting the Tohono O’odham Nation burial grounds and ceremonial places with Israeli/US spy towers.
A new report confirms that arms dealers are profiting from the wars they fuel, border surveillance and migrant misery.
On the western Tohono O’odham Nation, Gu-Vo District has said, ‘No!’ to the integrated fixed towers. "These U.S. proposed towers also are not on the border but in our communities and on the border of the Tohono O'odham Nation reiterating discrimination and deliberate attack on the O'odham," said O’odham’s Gu-Vo District.
Israel’s Elbit Systems, awarded the US border contract by Homeland Security, is exposed as a profiteer of war and migrant misery in Europe, Palestine and on the Arizona border, in a new report “Border Wars: The Arms Dealers Profiting from Europe’s Refugee Tragedy.”
Where is the media? The media is definitely not out on the Tohono O’odham border covering this story, risking detainment and abuse by the US Border Patrol.
While the US media collapses into stay-at-home plagiarism, fluff and distraction, Indigenous Peoples around the world are being assassinated defending their homelands and communities from corporations gouging the earth for mining and development.
