The Mexican government is turning to Colombia for help in its hunt to find Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the fugitive drug kingpin of the feared Sinaloa Cartel.

A month after Guzman tunneled out of prison, there’s no indication Mexico is any closer to finding him. So now Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto is requesting help from Colombia, which spearheaded a similar manhunt for infamous drug boss Pablo Escobar.

On Univision’s Al Punto, Jorge Ramos spoke to former Colombian President Cesar Gaviria, who as president from 1990 to 1994 battled some of Colombia’s most vicious and sophisticated drug cartels, including Escobar’s.
