González Iñárritu hopes for better government in Mexico (teleSUR English)

Mexican filmmaker Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu was the big winner at the 87th edition of the Oscar awards ceremony where his film 'Birdman' walked away with four awards: Best Picture, Director, Original Screenplay and Cinematography.
 
In his acceptance speech he called for "dignity and respect" for all of his fellow countrymen both in Mexico and the US, saying: “The ones who live in Mexico, I pray that we can find and build the government that we deserve. The ones that live in this country, who are just part of the latest generation of immigrants in this county, I just pray they can be treated with the same dignity and respect as the ones who came before and built this incredible immigrant nation.”
