Citizens marched for peace in La Paz last month.
Growing violence in Baja California Sur has prompted the state Congress to look for some answers from justice and security officials this week.
Worst of the violence is being seen in La Paz, where 48 homicides have been reported this year by the local newspaper, El Sudcaliforniano, which today said there were two more executions in the city yesterday.
