Vet Teresa Micco thought she had found her own missing grey parrot when Nigel was brought in to her, but when she tracked the bird's microchip, she discovered that it belonged to Darren Chick – a Brit living in Torrance, California.

And when she knocked at Chick's door to runite Nigel with his owner, she was stunned to discover the bird had been missing for Four Years.

Nigel's whereabouts are a complete mystery but having spoke with a British accent before going missing, he now only speaks Spanish – suggesting he may have flown to Mexico.
