Group of guys skating from Seattle to Mexico border (KOMO)

A group of 11 guys rolled out of Seattle on their skateboards, on a mission to reach the U.S./Mexico border. They call their crew the Great Skate Boys, saying they are just riding for the thrill of it.

"We're skateboarders, so we go on skate trips. This is just an extreme skate trip I guess,” said Ryan Camarillo.

A group of eleven guys quit their jobs and left their homes in Seattle to seek adventure. Thirty miles a day and no cars allowed, that's the rule.

"I've got a phone, so I use Google maps and I do point A - that's where we're starting - and point B - that's where we want to go... it works pretty well,” said Joshua Snyder.

So far, four have already turned back.
