Janine leaped into Mexico's Riviera Maya for her 'trashing of the dress' ceremony, in an effort to let go the pain of losing Johnny just 52 days before their wedding. (Del Sol Photography)
Janine and John were engaged to be married, planning their wedding day with great joy and anticipation of their life together. 52 days before the wedding, John passed away unexpectedly. Janine never got to walk down the aisle.
She took the initiative to move forward, find ways to overcome her grief, seeking health, hope and happiness after her loss. We think she is a true inspiration and hope her story can give others the strength to find their own path of healing.
