Dozens of local businesses and authorities in Mexico produced a 62 meter long sandwich that broke the record in Latin America.
The challenge was part of a five-day festival that celebrates the traditional Mexican sandwich.
Although the giant loaf looked to top the world record, it fell short of the current world record holder in the US: a sandwich that weighed 6,000 lbs.
