Crohn's disease model Bethany Townsend shows colostomy bags (BCC News)
A photograph of a woman with Crohn's disease who posed in a bikini, revealing her colostomy bags, is said to have been seen by more than nine million people.
Bethany Townsend, 23, from Worcester, posted the picture of herself on holiday in Mexico in December. She had decided to wear a bikini and not cover up her bags.
