MEXICO CITY - The woman who was thought to be the new leader of Mexico's feared Sinaloa Hit Squad has denied any connection to the drug gang.
Claudia Ochoa is believed to have been featured in several Twitter and Facebook accounts showing off weapons.
The woman in the images also bears a striking resemblance to Kim Kardashian, but during a news conference in Mexico City, Ochoa said those images are not of her.
In a letter she read to the media, Ochoa denied having any ties to the Sinaloa Cartel, and claims she doesn't have weapons and has never used weapons.
She said "irreversible damage" has been done to herself and her children.
