Fusion's Jorge Ramos spoke to Anthony Bourdain, host of CNN's "Parts Unknown," about immigration and the restaurant business. Bourdain told Ramos about a career that involved working mostly with Mexican and Central American cooks.

Bourdain told Ramos, "The entire restaurant industry in New York would close down tomorrow if every Mexican decided to go home... It's a huge, vital, important, necessary part of this industry that I love and feel strongly about."
