Overseas investors in Mexico are looking for property close to an amenity with a difference – topless beaches, says one agent.

Since Heidi Clum and JLo have exposed the world to the best beaches in Mexico, agent PlayaHomesforSale.com has seen rising demand for Rivera Maya houses and condos.

Last year, the Rivera Maya saw an increase in sales with a record 4,000-plus sales to US, Canadian and other foreign buyers, says Vanessa Rios, a real estate agent for the fishing village of Puerto Morelos.
