Last week, Los Cabos Mayor Antonio Montaño Agúndez, accompanied by the Secretary of Tourism, Ruben Lugo Reachi inaugurated the world's largest suspension bridge. (BCSNoticias)

The longest suspension bridge in the world, for bicycles and pedestrians, which measures 330 meters long and has a capacity of 600 tons, is located in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.

This new alternative tourism attraction is a boost for residents, national and international visitors.

The authorities hope that the suspension bridge, located in the mountainous area of Arroyo del Tule, will become an option for both those who live here and tourists seeking new outdoor experiences.

They also expect to generate hundreds of jobs and leave an important economic impact for the destination.

This bridge project began two years ago and has become one of the most important international attractions of the country.
