MEXICO CITY - If you are a victim of a crime in Mexico, your first reaction is most probably not rushing to a police station. A new survey shows that 92 percent of Mexicans who are victims of crime will never file it. Corruption and fear of reprisals by policemen who might work for organized crime have led to growing mistrust among Mexicans.
