MEXICO CITY — GoDaddy, the Web’s top platform for small businesses, is growing its presence in Latin America by offering customer support with native language speakers, and launching an entire suite of products to help small business owners and entrepreneurs thrive online.
With the full suite of GoDaddy products now localized in both Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, small business owners can easily get a secure online identity by purchasing a domain name with SSL certificates and then build a professional online presence with GoDaddy Website Builder. GoDaddy now offers localized services and customer experience across Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.
Leading the vision and strategy in the region, in a newly created position, is Rafael Fernandez MacGregor as GoDaddy’s Vice President of Latin America, who will be based in Mexico City. MacGregor, a Mexican national, has spent the majority of his professional career in the region in various industries and as an entrepreneur. Among other roles, he started and led Microsoft’s online business in Latin America and founded Blue Label Mexico, S.A. (Red Qiubo).
