About the Teacher

Nicolette has been teaching yoga for 11 years in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. She has led several yoga retreats in Costa Rica, which her students have described as “life changing”. Nicolette has a way of weaving asana (pose/posture), pranayama (breath), spirituality, music and meditation into every class, with a beautiful touch of her unique positive affirmations, humor and playfulness.

Nicolette offers countless variations for all levels, with alignment, safety and inclusivity being paramount. Since experiencing the physical and emotional healing benefits of yoga first hand over 12 years ago, she has since made it her mission to learn and share her passion of yoga with others.

Nicolette continually upgrades her training and has attended workshops with such masters as Janet Stone, Seann Corn, and Bernie Clark, to name a few, where she learned Reiki, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Sequencing, Hands on Assisting, Advanced Yin, Kundalini, and Life Coach Mentor training.
