Prepare to de-stress and detox from the stress of ordinary life with a lovely mix of rejuvenating yoga, gorgeous landscapes, nature hikes, and plenty of time to spend at the beach. You can decide how each day looks for you, maybe that is waking up and joining the group on a hike or deciding to take the day off and relax at the beach with a margarita in your hand. Diane lives in Sayulita Mexico and spends her days teaching yoga, leading women's circles, and spending as much time in nature as she can. She has spend the last 2 years exploring the Riviera Nayarit, and can't wait to show you her favorite places. Diane began practicing yoga as a way of becoming more physically fit, and soon realized it was much more than that. Diane believes that by combining the mind, body, and breath, you can begin to change your outlook on life, and in July of 2018 decided to become certified to teach after practicing for many years.
