Following is just an overview of all the events and festivities happening this week in Vallarta-Nayarit.

PuRR Project Adult Bingo - Monday
Come play Adult Bingo with us on March 20, 5:00 pm at The Palm Cabaret in Old Town Vallarta.
Great adult prizes, free popcorn and loads of fun. Come early for a good seat.
PV Film Festival - Monday through Friday
The Puerto Vallarta Film Festival in its 17th edition features Germany as the guest of honor and between March 13 and 24, the PVIFF will screen for free over 45 films from Mexico and the world divided in sections.
The venues are manifold including CUCosta, the Malecon, Lazaro Candenas Park, Los Mangos Library, La Isla and others. Entry is free.
PuRR Project Cocktail Fundraiser - Tuesday
Join us for cocktails and one of Vallarta's spectacular sunsets at Daiquiri Dick's on Tuesday, March 21, at 6:00 pm.
Donation tickets are just 450 pesos which includes two drinks, an array of yummy hors d'oeurves, a raffle for great prizes, live entertainment, gratuity for your wait-staff...and maybe a surprise or two.
You can also have an intuitive reading for just 100 pesos...bring a question for the psychic!
Circus of the Children - Wednesday through Saturday
Please join us at the Bodega Circo in San Francisco (San Pancho), Riviera Nayarit for our annual fundraising shows benefiting Circo de Los Niños.
The event this year is titled Sueno de Una Noche de Verano (Midsummer Night's Dream) and will be presented on March 22, 23, 24 and 25 at 7:30 pm.
GREAT NEWS! This year we will have tiered bleachers for seating to ensure that every guest has a great view!
El Arrayan Cooking Class - Thursday and Saturday
Meet at El Arrayan on Thursday and Saturday at 11:00 am. Receive printed recipes in English and embroidered apron. Receive hands on instruction in English. Have lunch of what we cooked. Includes one drink or one glass Mexican red or white wine.
We are usually finished around 2:45 pm.
South Side Shuffle - Friday
Take a stroll down Basilio Badillo every other Friday evening for art, jewelry, fashion, collectibles, restaurants, food, drinks, live music and fun.
Over seventeen Shops, Galleries & Restaurants open their doors for the return of the Friday evening Southside Shuffle in Old Town Vallarta.
This is one of Vallarta's more festive events and the party runs from 6:00 to 10:00 pm and features live music, cocktails and all kinds of great stuff.
Southside Shuffle dates are March 24; and April 7 & 21.
Good Morning Wake-Up Radio Show - Saturday
The Saturday morning Wake Up Show hosted by Michael Nolen broadcast from the University of Guadalajara at Puerto Vallarta, set your radio dial to 104.3 fm every Saturday morning from 9:00 until 11:00 am. You can also tune in online.
This show is all in English and is a non-profit show paid for by the University.
The broadcast includes information about everything going on at the PV University of Guadalajara and how you, the English-speaking community, can become involved.
Drag Brunch at Act II - Sunday
Act II Entertainment presents New York City’s top comedy drag queen, Hedda Lettuce and friends, taking you to church every Sunday at Puerto Vallarta’s only drag brunch! These ladies will bring you high comedy, live singing, and light dancing while you split your seams with laughter and the best quality food from Frida’s kitchen! Top your brunch off with bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s at Puerto Vallarta’s newest unique experience only at Act II Stages!
Join us every Sunday through March with seating at 12:00 noon and the show beginning at 1:00 pm. Advance tickets and reservations are required.
Dvorak and The Balkans Concert - Sunday
The Chamber Orchestra of Puerto Vallarta will be performing their last concerts of the season with full orchestra setting of Dvorak & The Balkans.
The concerts will take place on Sunday, March 26 and Monday, March 27, both at 8:00 pm.
