Guadalajara, Tequila and Tonalá is an unique overnight tour. Visit the town of Tequila, where you will see the city's downtown area and learn about the production of tequila. After, explore Guadalajara on a walking tour, where you will see the main streets of the city and its green areas. On the following day visit two suburbs, Tonala and Tlaquepaque, that offer a wide range of local handicrafts.

Upon pick-up at your hotel in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit at 7:00 am, enjoy a 3-hour scenic drive to Chapalilla, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and savor delicious Mexican food with handmade tortillas. From there, enjoy a drive for another 1.5 hours to the town of Tequila. Once there, visit the Tequila distillery and learn about how the drink is crafted. Your guide explains the tequila-making process and enjoy a chance to taste some different types of the drink. Delight in a tour around the city's downtown area.

From Tequila, head to Guadalajara, arriving at around 5:00 pm. Check in to the hotel and have free time to explore and enjoy dinner (not included). For your second day, leave the hotel at around 9:00 am to start touring the city. Walk in the historical center zone. First visit the gun square, the government palace, the cathedral, Degollado Theater and Hospicio Cabaña Building. Once the tour of the city is finished, take belongings from the hotel and head to San Pedro Tlaquepaque.

San Pedro Tlaquepaque is known as a place with some of the best handcrafts in the world, all made by local artisans. Take the opportunity to visit the Parian, a place where you can have some lunch (not included) while listening to Mariachi music.
