Sneak Previews of 'My Big Fat Mexican Murder' Wendy Kain - Murder in Mexico

The new murder mystery dinner theatre shows which will begin in Puerto Vallarta in early November 2016, are a mix of audience friendly participation with comedy and drama, at which a murder takes place in a Mexican restaurant.

Some of the restaurant patrons are then recognized to be suspects, and everybody is challenged to figure out who the murderer is, the means by which it was done, and the motive.

But there is no need to wait until opening night to enjoy the fun. Previews of select scenes of the show will be performed on the afternoons of Thursday, November 3 and Friday, November 4, 2016. There is no admission fee, and the previews will take place at one of PVs most well regarded and most thoroughly awarded restaurants, No Way José!.
 
Guests will enjoy the various scenes, and mingle and drink with the cast in character, starting at 6:00 pm on both days. They can even afterwards have dinner with cast members who will be enjoying the renowned cocktails and consistently honored delicious contemporary Mexican cuisine at the well situated No Way José! in the Colonia Emiliano Zapata.
 
The show was first performed in Mazatlán in 2014, and 5 star Tripadvisor reviews with comments like Over the top? Yes.....hilarious? Absolutely! I have attended many dinner theaters in the past, but can't say that I have ever had more fun, and the performance .. was entertaining, laugh out loud funny, and well written, come from the seasons there, so patrons can be confident they are going to see a hit show. The previews, while not the complete show, are sure to be a fun event, and very good value.    
 
Both writers of the show will also be present, including writer Bodie Kellogg (who some will recognize as the author of amusing columns about expat life in Mexico) and both are excited to be able to provide this preview window into their strikingly funny and innovative show.

We love second timers, who become experienced in working through the myriad twists and turns of the mystery, and so are a great challenge to our actors. Second timers also often become seasoned at playing the role of suspects, so the entire show experience is enhanced."
