I'm the new owner of HouseSitMexico, an 8 year old website that connects homeowners in Mexico with reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters, many of whom already live in other parts of Mexico and are "Mexico-savvy."
We're relaunching the site in about a month and are offering free memberships to homeowners (or long term renters) who are willing to be part of our beta-testing group. The only other requirement is that you want to find a house and/or pet sitter for sometime in the next year.

Regular cost of annual membership is $79 US, though there is a promotion going on now for half-off, whether you're a homeowner or interested in house sitting.
