Program Details

Participate in a carefully designed 8 Day retreat led by Tah and Donna-Tienne to fully decompress as you let go of worry and the hurry of busy city life. A Retreat for you to truly connect on a deep level to who you really are as Source energy. You will learn the secrets to effortlessly manifest the life and feelings you desire, allowing your dreams to actualize. As a Law Of Attraction advocate Tah will share what she knows about the body and how energy flows in relationship to this dynamic Law of Attraction.You will gather a deep understanding of these basic concepts through our Law of Attraction workshops. Over the course of eight days you will receive new pathways to rediscover what is already known; your absolute value and worthiness by just being authentically YOU.

Revive and cleanse your spirit upon the pristine beaches with the warm sun and healing of ocean water. Allow yourself this rare opportunity to disconnect from the fast pace duties of your daily schedule. You will unplug, relax and rejuvenate in this unique environment.

The mornings will be led by Tah and Donna-Tienne with morning meditation practice followed by all levels hands on healing and adjustment Vinyasa flow Yoga practice. The late afternoon practice will be restorative Integrative Yoga therapy sessions focusing on Chakra healing and Yoga Nidra led by Donna-Tienne. By balancing your chakras you will regain your blissful state of rejuvenation and revitalization.
