Over 30 dogs and 18 cats were reported as abandoned in a house in Mexico City. They were left there since their rescuer was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Humane Society International, along with local groups and concerned people, achieved to enter the house to help the animals. The scenario was even worst than expected.
