Brazil and Mexico haven't had much to cheer about in terms of their economies. And that's led their Presidents to work together to find a way to support each other's growth plans. Now both countries are looking to boost trade as well as their diplomatic ties. CCTV's Franc Contreras filed this report from Mexico City.
